I just read that today is National Walking Day. Celebrate by taking a 30-minute walk. You can walk inside or outside (with social distancing, of course), with family or by yourself.
While you walk, listen to music, an audio book or podcast, or just the sounds of the world around you. It will be an excellent way to get some energy back after sitting at your desk all day and working.
I know I miss our afternoon constitutionals at the office. Have fun walking!
