Are you feeling motivated to exercise? It's difficult. I've noticed that doing a plank doesn't seem to get easier. It seems to be getting harder. I'd much rather do it during our office lunchtime exercise sessions.
Here is a little bit of leg-day motivation. Squats are excellent exercise. Here is an article from the Post on how and why we should be doing squats. If you haven't done squats before, it gives tips for absolute beginners.
