Music policy

We've decided we need to clarify our policy about listening to music while working.

If you are a trainee, that is your work is being checked, either 100% or quick checks, you are NOT to listen to music while you work.

If you are completely trained you may have background music on, but nothing with lyrics. You should not be able to sing along.

Under no circumstances are you ever allowed to listen to podcasts or audio books while you work. You cannot effectively divide your attention and do quality census work while listening to podcasts or audio books.
