Input logs and checking

We would like everyone to begin using the Time Start and Time Stop columns on your input logs. You'll fill this out for the RecId, not each child/household. You still have to fill out the Total Time column. Everyone needs to do this, not just trainees.

We noticed that an inputter will receive an excellent check, then the next day the same inputter will receive a check with three pages of errors. We'd like to get a handle on when people are actually doing the work. For example, if you start a family at 3:30 in the afternoon, is it better or worse than someone you started at 9:30 in the morning.

Checkers, we'd like you to let us know about how long it's taking you to check. About how long does it take to check a family with 2 kids, 5 kids, 10 kids? Please provide us with any information that you think will help enlighten us about the plight of checkers.

After we have most of the new inputters off checks, we are going to set up a system so that everyone checks and everyone is checked on a regular basis. We'll let you know when we work out the details.

For the time being, each of you needs to email me or comment below letting me know that you read this. Checkers also provide information about checking. Please do this by the end of the day on Friday.
