Just a reminder that you are to check the Mar? column for any woman whose married name appears in the Mil Info. This includes the soldier's spouse, daughter, or mother.
The soldier's name usually (all bets are off for those early Ohio guys that were input before there were standard rules) is not repeated for the soldier's spouse, children, or parents. You may, generally, assume that if someone is married to the soldier or married to the soldier's father that she shares the soldier's last name. If the soldier's spouse or mother is listed in the Mil Info, then you mark the Mar? column.
For the soldier's daughters, if her married name is listed in the Mil Info, it will appear in the standard name format: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME.
